The product itself offers a clear view of client quarterly interactions, stakeholder engagement and client advocacy in a simple to use and easy to update platform. Our Account Manager Olivia is fanstastic at ensuring that we get the most out of the product, keeping us advised on system usage and statistics in our own QBRs and updating us on innovation within the product. Firstly the support from the Cleint Share team is second to none, they are always on hand to not only support withthe use of the tool but share thier experience and knowledge in and around cutomer experience, taking time to understand your business and establishing best practise within your organisation.
