Their account management team is amazing and super helpful. I actually enjoy taking to them. Also, their functionality is really robust compared to lots of competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a person who runs operations for a design studio, I will always say that the UI can be improved. I know they're making improvements so that's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our agency had previously developed our own time tracking system and then moved into an add on to an enterprise software solution, but the time came when we required higher quality time management software that included advanced reporting and analytics. ClickTime to the rescue. It's been a game-changer for the firm. It's simplified the entry process and given us access to data that allows us to make more intelligent resource decisions. At this point, highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thought of having to pay for additional interfaces and add ons since the software is not inexpensive. Haven't had to do so yet and hopefully will stay that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We like how much simpler the time tracking is than our previous system. Compliance is way up on timesheet completion, and everyone around the office is saying "Thank you!" for the switch.
Setting the system up was easy and convenient. Adding in all of our projects went smoothly. So far, it's really a great system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the additional features are a little prohibitive from a cost perspective, as you have to pay for everything on a per user basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brett Dewey is amazing, excellent customer service. The expense module is easy to use, love that they have a mobile app - makes submitting a breeze. Lots of good canned reports, but also the capability to build ones as your needs require. The auto-reminder emails are very helpful. ClickTime is great and easy to use for time and expense management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Minor things, an auto generated expense number would be good. Maybe this is something I could have built, but a billable time and expense report as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love that we can track and analyze our productivity as well as our profitability to our team's time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not dislike anything. ooooooooooooooo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has made process expense reports much easier. It is easier to look at data across the agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's slow. Some pages have lots of steps to them. And the description box in the expense sheets does not have enough characters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickTime has additional features to help with tracking time - stop clocks; it carries over activities from week to week. From an admin perspective, it lets me check, in real-time, how we're stacking up against budgets and lifetime value of clients, and how individuals are doing against their allocated time so I can better manage resources and predict over/unders and course-correct. The tool doesn't allow me to save customized report inputs - it allows me to "favorite" certain report types, but not the data/clients that get pulled into it. That would be a huge time-savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clicktime is really easy and takes the pain out of much of resource planning. The fact that it autofills projects and makes resource planning relatively easy (the reports and instant view on a person's allocation/time via click are the best features) are unbeatable from its competitors. The charts (allocation, goal time) can be really confusing, and the system can be incredibly slow. Additionally, the freelance feature can be incredibly buggy, and the reports generated can be really confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
