ClickTime is a solid platform for tracking time and allocations. It has proven to be an excellent resource, allowing us to better understand our utilization rates and to keep a close eye on our budgets. There are dozens of useful reports that we can use to maintain data on our staff: from seeing who isn't billing efficiently, to quickly viewing which staff work with any given client, or keeping an eye on overtime. Startup was difficult. Lots of videos and such, it just takes time. Not a criticism of ClickTime, just a reality that it took longer to get up to speed than I allocated, thus taking longer. The Chrome Extension and Google Calendar integration make time tracking an afterthought. I am also easily able to report on teams, clients, projects, tasks, and people in any conceivable way.
