I like the functionality where we can add the report for every component and JIRA that we are working on and also that we can submit it before. It has lot of customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the user interface of the application can be improved to see the previous submissions of the reports so that user experience is better and the look and feel of the application also is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to enter or copy time from the previous week.
UPDATE - with all the updates onn Clicktime the UI has become so much better and modern. Reporting is also very easy and expense entry is as simple as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a few seconds for the page to load, It is sometimes slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and has a variety of functions and tools. I use the reports very frequently and I like that they can be customized to my needs. Our staff recently began using the Expenses function to submit expense reports which has really simplified our internal paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I know there are functions that I'm not using, which gives me a bit of FOMO. The home page, for example, could be costomized and probably really helpful if it was set up, but I don't know how to do that. I'd love a tutorial! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Serves almost all functional requirents for our time writing and resource allocation process. We configured the tool in such a way that we also use it as our project database and created a project control dashboard with it.
The UI is intuative and clear.
The support we get from our CT counterpart is good, promptly and on a personal level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The 1 thing I miss in the Resource Management part is a 'handshake' option that resources can be claimed on one hand and can be confirmed (maybe with a different nr of hours) on the otherhand. This would realy support our resource allocation process in an very effective way and give an indication in the gap between demand and supply.
Some times the pop-up widows when you hover over a cell get in the way for clicking on things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recognise in the past few months that Clicktime are engaging with it's customers to try to find a better solution for them and that is very welcome! At this point, the tool should only improve which is good to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, the site is extremely slow and clunky. It takes seconds for each click to register or page to load.
Approving timesheets is the bane of a manager's life; they want to go in, click click click and leave.
Clicktime doesn't allow for that - it becomes an awfully tedious task to navigate through the timesheets for approval.
The most frustrating piece about Clicktime is when approving the timesheet of an employee, there is no quick access to the next timesheet for approval. You have to navigate back, find the next employee, edit to open and make sure their hours match and then approve - that's 4 clicks and in Clicktime's slow performance feels like an eternity.
To me, the next arrow should go to the next timesheet for approval - not to the next week of the current candidate. This saves 2 clicks and a page load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface makes it simple to log your own hours quickly, whether you're tracking by project, client, or speiicfic tasks. Being able to customize timesheets according to your specific needs (like adding notes or categorizing time by different activities) also allows both personal tracking and team oversight to be more efficient. Although the interface is simple, entering time manually for multiple tasks or switching between different projects can be tedious. They recently made a change that helps streamline client matter and task selection, which is good, but from a week to week basis it only saves one type of each client matter task entry, so I end up having to add a lot of entry lines every week, and often the same ones for standing meetings. I wish there was an easy way to just make those entries recurring. Also, the reporting features are good, but they can be a bit complex, requiring some time to learn how to customize and generate the specific reports you need. ClickTime is highly praised for its ease of use, flexibility, and comprehensive time-tracking features. One of its standout aspects is the ability to track time seamlessly across multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile devices. This is particularly beneficial for teams that need flexibility in managing time and tasks on the go. It also simplifies timesheet management, offering intuitive dropdown menus and the ability to replicate time entries, which saves a lot of effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as of now. The features of the clicktime is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transperent & clearly self-explanatory UI which auto-guide in itemizing & booking daily times: both billable & non-billable. The copy and retention of previous weekly time is a real cool feature. Minimum number of clicks make the process completed. Fast quick and easy as it is! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is found a little too much detailed; it is not really an issue but as an UI it could have been a little more intuitive to create a feel of less burdens to go thru the entire week's booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After login, I get dropped onto the current day and includes the clients entered from the previous week. This makes it easy to add additional records for ongoing projects. From there, it's super easy to add additional clients & time slots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could be more efficient if I had the ability to add a new job from within the Time sheet view (where the existing client is already loaded). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that my team doesn't complain about entering their time. I credit ClickTime's easy to use interface as a key reason why folks are ok using the tool.
We also haven't gotten any negative feedback from the government agency which requires us to track time. I trust ClickTime to generate the reports needed to stay compliant with our government contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was a bit easier to identify who on my staff hasn't submitted their time sheets in the prior month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
