Clicktime is great for tracking a team's efficiency and performance because we can see how much time is being spent on tasks and where we need to cater more bandwidth to. I use it daily to keep track of what I spend my time on, and enjoy looking at reports to identify where teams are spending too much time on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI isn't quick to use, it's difficult to find items that pertain to my tasks, and personalisation is not customisable.

CT's dependence on counting hours to the 6 minute interval is annoying and takes more time than it is worth. Included and custom reporting provides extensive options for project, labor, cost and capitalized time analysis. Great filter options, prior and cross-year reporting capabilities, and simple creation of new projects, addition of resources, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use and has all the features we need. We're construction consultants so not only do we track our time in order to bill our clients, but we use it to also pay our subcontractors.
