Top Rated ClickShip Alternatives

Their sales support was very good but if I can't use the service it is irrelevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am starting a side business selling handmade items and wanted to use a Canadian business. I am just starting the business and integrating to website and in 2 weeks, they deactivate your account for non-use. I got some spiel about how they want to protect their prices and how they were hacked and if you don't ship within a 2-week period, they deactivate the account. I cannot worry about my website or Etsy's lack of proper shipping because I didn't sell for the last 2 weeks. They should advertise they do not want start-ups and only want someone that has existing shipping. I was just trying to get things set up. Calling somebody and hoping they answer and worrying about your site not having shipping is not a worry that someone wants to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on the size of your packages and their destinations, the cost of shipping can vary greatly from courier to courier. Some companies may offer great package rates but may have expensive LTL rates versus the competition. ClickShip provides a list of carriers and their corresponding charges...and the default sort order is from least expensive to most expensive... very convenient. The interface is clean and easy to make sense of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There seems to be very little to dislike about ClickShip. One superficial irritant is the inability to customize user interfaces and save the changes as your own defaults. For example, I ship packages more frequently than I do LTL shipments, I take measurements in metric, and my package sizes vary quite a bit, but the default interface requires I check off the package, metric, and custom box options each time I create a manual shipment. Just a minor frustration. Not a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amin was super helpful in getting us set up, and when we had trouble getting a quote for an oversized item, he helped figure out the best way to ship it. We got it connected to our shopify store afterwards and it saved me a ton of time versus manually entering information into Canada Post's website. Rates were significantly cheaper than through shopify discounts and they even picked up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing so far, we haven't used it for that many shipments yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
