I have nothing to share about what I liked best about the software. My company's IT system would not allow me to access it from our browser on our network. Regardless of that limitation, Clickedin would not reimburse my money even though they confirmed the limitation in writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have never once been able to log in to this platform due to an IT security limitation that was confirmed after I reached out to Clickedin after receiving various error messages when attempting to log in. Although this organization acknowledges that limitation that would still not refund my money. When I reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute their exact comments are as follows: "We have no emails from this client saying they were unhappy with our service. I have attached an email communication showing and proving how happy they were and it's highlighted in yellow. This sounds like a fraud claim and it's unfair for businesses to have to deal with people doing this stuff like this. We're confident with the documents we submitted that the funds will be returned to us. I have also attached a copy of the dashboard proving how active they were using our software and all the results and positive responses he was getting. To me, this sounds like they're trying to get all their marketing and leads for free and it's WRONG. We delivered everything that we promised and the client has received our service and support."
Nothing could be further from the truth. All I asked for was a refund for something that I was unable to use due to my company's security policies. What I finding now is that Clicked does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, account restrictions, non-usage, or failure to cancel before your renewal date. This financial transaction represented my loss and not my company's. Otherwise, I may not have taken the time to write this review. Please use my experience and error on the side of caution doing business with this organization. Lastly, I only wish I would have found this website earlier. There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience. The promises made were intriguing and the sales pitch well crafted. Unfortunately, zero results were achieved. The assigned reps changed often, were off-shore and difficult to understand. Required technical tasks were pushed to me without clear direction or instructions. When I requested to speak to the owner or senior management I was invited to speak with another rep. When I demanded a higher level contact it was never provided. I asked to cancel to which they stopped running the program, but did not offer a refund for unused months. When a refund was requested it was refused. The "Satisfaction Guarantee" is not honored. I'm writing this in hopes that you don't get taken advantage of. There is a lot of discussions that their "proprietary process" violates LinkedIn's policy. Platform looks and feels like it was coded in the 80's. Process is complex and cumbersome. Many technical aspects that should be completed by Clickedin are pushed to the client. The difference between what we were told on the sales call and the results we received were night and day. ClickedIn is great at marketing themselves, but they are a dishonest company that simply does not honor guarantees. Full stop.
When they are selling their subscription, the plan goes like this: their system sends out up to 15 LinkedIn connection requests per day to leads that you identify using filters. If those connections accept your connection request, ClickedIn sends them marketing messages from your account. The AI feature that we were told was revolutionary did not work most of the time we had the service. But the concept was that the AI tool was supposed to automatically detect if you received a positive response and send the person a link to your calendar. If they used the link, they could book an appointment without you doing anything. Best of all, it's all GUARANTEED. Wow!

Here's the problem: nobody is interested in getting into sales conversations with random people they just got a connection request from. YOU sent them a connection request and then YOU are sending sales messages. People do not respond to that for the most part. Very seldom do people respond at all, but more often than not, you get negative responses. ClickedIn's system also supposedly keeps track of whether you received positive or negative responses, but that is a joke. For example, one person simply replied to a connection request with "I'm happy to connect." and their system categorized it as a positive response.
Guess what, that guarantee I mentioned? Is based on positive responses. If enough people respond with messages similar to "I'm happy to connect," and ClickedIn's system categorizes it as a positive response, after a while, that will automaticlly fulfil their guarantee. Their guarantee is not based on results that actually matter. Sales? Irrelevant to them. Meetings booked? Also irrelevant. If you receive enough of those "positive" responses, they will consider your guarantee as having been fulfilled. Consider your guarantee as not existing. They will not honor it.
In a year, thousands of connection requests were sent. Over 500 people accepted a connection request. 7 people sent "positive" responses. One booked call and zero sales. ClickedIn considered this as a success and will not honor the guarantee. It is especially deceptive that during the sales process, one of their sales people said in an email "We guarantee that over the course of the next 12 months, you will generate, through our platform, more money then what you have invested with us." That never happened, but the contract is all about "positive" responses. This is a scam.
If all you are after is more connections, go for this. Otherwise? Stay far away. I suspect that some of the positive reviews are fake as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It performs as advertised. I think that is all one could hopefully ask for. But what strikes me as "stellar" is the personal service. I have had two customer reps now, and both were absolutely amazing. The interface is as simple as it can be, but you have to use it daily to get full advantage of it. This is where the rep comes in. Anna is my rep. She listens, makes excellent suggestions and navigates the interface with me to get great results. The only reason we signed up is because of the Watson AI feature. That feature has never worked. ClickedIn works if you want more connections and followers on LI, but the main feature hasn't worked and we have tried for months to get out of the contract because of that, and other LinkedIn and ClickedIn related issues, but I wasn't even allowed to escalate to senior leaders. Always be suspicious when no leadership is listed anywhere - not on LI or other social media pages or website. It's not US based company, which I did not realize at the time either, which prevents us from escalating or finding someone besides the success person who was assigned to us.
