Clearstory is an outstanding tool that combines ease of use with powerful functionality, fostering transparency across teams. The level of detail it offers is truly impressive. I find that this platform gives our foremen an easy and accesable way to input time and materials added or needed by the general contractors we work with. It doesn't take any time to fill out, and the ability to send to your GC field coordinator for approval is a step streamlined by the program. The customer support has also been very easy to communicate with. The ease of implementation makes it compatible with all of our on-field devices, making the frequency we use this program very often. There is very little I do not like. I wish there was a way to save a change order request to a job without sending it to a signee. Sometimes I want to hold onto those before submitting, but do not want to hold it as a Draft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been in the construction industry for 30 years, most of that time we have been using paper T&M tickets which tend to get lost or damaged (coffee stains) Clearstory has done away with all of those issues. Clearstory is without a doubt the best construction related software I have ever used. It does a few things and it does them extremely well. If you need to be able to quickly track T+M without paper, or if you need to present pricing updates of any size to your customer, you need clearstory. I use it every day, I get customers onboard with a simple click, and if they dont want another platform, they can make use of the Direct PDF download hotlinks. This software is easily approacable by everyone from lead carpenters/foreman working on small side projects all the way up to exectutives balancing thousands of work hours each day. On the rare instance where the sofware doesnt have the feaure I want, I just message customer service right in the app and they get it fixed, or advise me on alternate workflows. The mobile app capability is not quite as robust as the web app, but it is regularly updated to include more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clearstory is great for being organized on T&M tickets on construction projects. It is easy to create, send and sign tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
