What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

It does things for me and works when I'm not. The thing I dislike about Hubspot is SFDC is how much manual work I have to put into a tool that is supposed to be easy to use. Clarify is the complete opposite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

An elegant way to integrate our entire tech stack into one platform. Without the need of 3rd party consultants, our team is able to build the equivalent of a data warehouse for every interaction we've ever had with every client. What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?

The product is in its infancy so some of the documentation is still weak (i.e. API). The team has been highly responsive for any issues we encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a marketplace, we are working with prospective brands / publishers as well as fully on-boarded brands / publishers. That's four different teams with four different ways of communicating (different tech stacks). We wanted a way to streamline this all in one centralized place (without disrupting the teams and their current workflows). What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

Really loved my experience so far trying Clarify. The UI is clean, and the app is super fast. Everything loads quickly. Best part is that its AI features actually work in pulling correct info from my email and calendar. What do you like best about Clarify CRM?

Super sleek interface and easy to query for important information with the "Ask AI" feature. The relationships data model is both flexible and intuitive, which means I don't have to spend time clicking around trying to link data together. There are some nice-to-have features that aren't there yet, such as the ability to share a view with a public link. However, the team is constantly shipping additional enhancements and I wouldn't be surprised if this became available soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
