**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

Clarify is the real deal AI CRM- the AI for my whole company that every CEO talks about wanting (and in many cases, spending millions of dollars on and falling incredibly short of what Clarify does out of the box.) Clarify has completely changed how I manage my company. The biggest win is that it genuinely runs itself — it connects to company calendar, email, and meetings and automatically captures activity, enriches contacts, and keeps deals updated without me having to log anything manually. As someone in a fast-moving sales environment, that's a game changer.

My team tends to be allergic to updating their CRM records, so the fact that Clarify's AI automatically does 90% of it for them has been a game changer. 

The AI assistant (Rep) is incredibly useful. I can ask it questions about my team's pipeline, get meeting prep briefs, draft follow-up emails, and surface insights from past calls — all in plain language. It's literally Claude or ChatGPT for your business. Really advanced prompts about very specific things within my company process extremely fast, so very solid performance. 

The meeting flow is seamless: prep, record, and recap all in one place. Summaries are generated automatically after calls, and action items are captured without me lifting a finger. UX is super intuitive. 

Setup was also surprisingly fast — I was up and running in minutes, not days. We looked at multiple other AI-Native CRM's and the other ones were a fraction of the functionality after several days of POV testing. I should also mention that their pricing model was far less expensive for way more value than the other AI-CRM's we evaluated.

Lastly- the support has been 10/10, and the team listen to product feedback and product suggestions. We needed some custom objects and relationships due to the uniqueness of our business, and they had them built for us in under 2 weeks.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

I wish that it had a better Customer profile view that showed better purchase history, renewal dates, etc. It's sort of there in Company view, but it's not made in a way that you could Zoom out to see customer analytics like run rates, upcoming renewals, top customers by spend or by most products purchased, etc. Would also love a mobile app with Rep- especially if i could voice chat with it. That would be a game changer... I'm sure they'll come out with it at some point.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solved was eliminating 90+% of data entry and record cleanup required of every other CRM we've used or looked at.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

I love how Clarify CRM simply works without the complexity and clutter that plague other CRMs. It's really easy to use, and everyone on my team found it super effective. It handles the basic stuff really well and very fast, which is what matters to us. The absence of unnecessary graphs is a big plus, and the AI assistant is gold. The initial setup was super easy, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend Clarify a 10, as I already do almost every day.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

I feel the MacOS app at times is a bit sluggish. But that's all.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I switched to Clarify CRM because it provides clear, concise information without clutter, unlike other CRMs that are too complex. It's easy and effective for my team, excels in basic tasks, and has a useful AI assistant. The MacOS app can be a bit sluggish though.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

I like how Clarify CRM handles automations and includes an AI-rep as an advisor and steps manager. It kicks off manual work, autofills company profiles and people cards, and the AI-rep manages tasks and activities like a pen-friend, which is super helpful. The initial setup was smooth and proactive, and the sessions with Travis, who was our advisor during onboarding and exploring the tools, were a great experience. He’s a nice guy, and I appreciated having him guide us through. All these aspects make it amazing with lots of features and tools.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

I wish there was access to bigger data and a connection to LinkedIn Job board to receive new signals or deal proposals.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clarify CRM to eliminate manual work, access leads, manage deals and pipelines, and integrate other solutions. It automates tasks and activities, and autofills company profiles and people cards, making recruitment processes easier.

I really enjoy being able to use Rep for all aspects of the platform.

What I don't like at the moment is some of the limits around integrations and the flexibility that the user has. For example there have been some small things that just haven't been built yet.

It gives us the ability to have people who have never used a CRM start operating starting day one. The learning curve is low because Rep is there to help from the start. If you are unfamilar with CRMs it is still easy to user Rep

I like that Clarify CRM is AI native. It's capturing all of our call information and transcripts, putting that into the CRM where I can provide summaries and next steps. The initial setup was really easy, like connecting to your mailbox.

I'm not really sure. I need to get more into some of the more advanced features. I would like Clarify CRM to summarize for me some of the more urgent tasks that I need to get done in a given day.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

I love how easy it is to use. I use Clarify for the simple CRM stuff: Deal tracking, reminders, etc. But I also use it for customer success, support, meeting notes, prospecting, and much more. 

My favorite part by far is its native AI functionality - especially the fact that I can control / connect it to any AI tool via MCP. This allows me to do deep analysis on my deals, pull out notifications, or update my CRM on the go with free text.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

Not much. Product is new so at first there were some rough edges but it's really taken a turn in the previous few months.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarify does everything on GTM for me - I use it to track prospecting, deal status, customer success status, etc. It allows me to keep everything in one spot, organized, and always updated. This enables me to grow the business, close deals, and ensure I'm on top of my customers.

I like that I can connect Clarify CRM with different sources of information, like emails, CRM, and meetings, which helps consolidate data that wasn't joined before. The AI is great because it doesn't just summarize but feeds me with relevant info, making it very useful for preparing meetings and understanding clients and their companies.

Navigating the platform can be confusing, so probably the UX. Like how to exit a conversation or access previous information you searched.

I find Clarify CRM invaluable for managing deal flow and relationships, which are crucial to my daily tasks. **What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

I find Clarify CRM's ability to quickly record and capture developments in deals, even across teammates and multiple threads, incredibly useful. This functionality makes tracking both our sales and partnership pipelines very effective. The meeting recorder and the automated call summaries are features I appreciate. The Clarify team is constantly improving the product, which is cool to see.   The meeting recordings and summaries make it easy to share accurately summarized call notes and follow-up tasks. We share those with prospects, customers, and partners often without edits. This capability has done away with a lot of manual data entry and deal updates.   Setting up Clarify was easy. Any initial hiccups were addressed quickly by the team, which is a testament to the quality of support and care they're putting into this.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

Several of us have found it challenging to adapt work habits from legacy CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce to Clarify CRM. It requires a bit of a different way of working - that's not necessarily a bad thing, but it has meant we need to rethink a few things.

We use Clarify CRM for tracking sales and partnership pipelines. It simplifies recording deal details across teammates, gives us reliable call summaries, and reduces manual data entry. We get accurate, timely records without doing almost any data entry. Time spent in Clarify is spent doing, not updating.

I find Clarify CRM exceptionally easy to use, thanks to its intuitive interface which simplifies my daily tasks. The AI that operates in the background is extremely beneficial—it listens to my meetings and automatically updates my views, which is a fantastic feature. Additionally, I appreciate the card recording feature a lot as it further streamlines my workflow. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and efficient; it was wonderful to have my email addresses, emails, and calendar automatically configured, which meant I didn't have much setup to do. Everything just worked right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

I'm looking forward to improvements in the Deal filtering page. Currently, I find the filter or sort deals according to complex criteria a limitation. I anticipate that enhancing this feature will significantly improve my experience with Clarify CRM.

It feels a little clunky to be continuing to have to put labels on everybody. Not sure if there's a better way, but the labeling system seems slow. Thorough, but slow.

I absolutely love how super simple and easy to use Clarify CRM is, making our day-to-day activities much more manageable. One of the standout features for me is the generosity of the free plan, which not only eases our tryout process but also comes packed with plenty of useful features. Additionally, I find the meeting recording and notes functionality built directly into the CRM to be incredibly helpful, enhancing our organization without needing separate tools for these tasks. The automatic updates are another highlight; they ensure our data pipeline remains clean and up-to-date, reducing the need for manual intervention. This feature significantly decreases the time we spend on manual data entry and updates, such as changing deal stages and assigning action items, which streamlines our workflow. Overall, these features collectively enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, making Clarify CRM a pivotal tool in our business processes.

I think the analytics and reporting features in Clarify CRM are in their infancy. A little bit more customizability to be able to customize reporting would be helpful. Although the reporting feature has recently launched, there's an expectation for more enhancements in the future.

I absolutely love the voice recorder feature in Clarify CRM because it's the best I've seen compared to previous tools like Fireflies. This feature integrates seamlessly with our meetings, allowing us to provide immediate follow-ups through summaries and ask clarifying questions about discussed topics right in Clarify. This enhances our meeting efficiency and ensures we don't miss any important points. The simplicity of Clarify CRM is also outstanding; I can make quick edits without needing to hire an external system integration expert, which was a common issue with Salesforce. Our entire team finds it easy and enjoyable to work with Clarify daily, unlike the experience with Salesforce. The product's intuitive design empowers us to manage tasks and communication effortlessly, and I appreciate that Clarify CRM has embedded features for call recordings and task management, eliminating the need for additional tools like Fireflies and Asana. Their continuous rollout of new features at a fast pace is also impressive, making the product feel dynamic and ever-improving.

At the moment, the AI still requires some assistance. It frequently populates company details with incorrect information, which on its own might not be a major issue. However, the bigger problem is that there is no option to remove or update a logo after the AI has automatically filled it in.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

I hate CRM maintainence. It's a lot of work to keep contacts, companies, meetings, and notes up-to-date. The killer feature of Clarify is that it updates everything for you. I never worry about whether we remembered to track a deal anymore. I just search in Clarify when I'm ready, and every interaction (meeting recordings, emails, etc.) is magically there and linked up correctly. Setup was also a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

Not fully configurable and needs some minor UI polish. For example, I wanted to make sure all of my meeting recordings were automatically shared internally, but I couldn't find a setting for this in Clarify. That said, their team was able to manually do this for me in their backend within a few hours, so not a big deal.

Effortless CRM for the first time ever. Really it has actually reduced my manual work so I can focus on selling, they also build just beautiful software.

As a startup founder I like the automatic meeting capture and deal updates. This gives us time back to focus on business rather than data entry. It's been easy to adopt across the team as they don't charge based on seats. The ui is friendly and intuitive.

Reporting could be better. They're building out integrations and need to keep going.

It's the source of truth for our customers and deals. It makes it easy to track what's going on and make sure we're focising on the right things with customers. When I need to refer back to a meeting, the AI search and summary are great.

I never thought I’d like a CRM. I guess that says it all. Clarify is what the category always wanted to be but could never pull off. Zero click, simple, intelligent, effective.

The fact that it doesn’t (yet) replace my outbound stack.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

Our sales process involves a lot of technical demos, detailed product discussions, and long nurture cycles. Clarify's automatic email and calendar capture has been a game-changer - it pulls in all those technical back-and-forth emails and demo calls without me having to manually log everything.

The AI summaries are incredibly helpful for our complex sales conversations. After a 45-minute demo where we're diving deep into our capabilities, Clarify automatically generates a clean summary of key discussion points, next steps, and technical requirements. This has saved me hours of note-taking and made handoffs to our technical team way smoother.

The unified workflow is what sold me though. Before, I was juggling between our CRM, email, calendar, and Notion for deal tracking. Now everything lives in one place with a surprisingly fast UI that doesn't make me want to throw my laptop out the window.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

The mobile app is pretty basic - sometimes I want to quickly update a deal status or check pipeline while I'm traveling but it's not great for that. Also had some weird sync issues with Google Calendar in the early days where meetings wouldn't show up for like 30 minutes, though that seems mostly fixed now. Oh and I wish there was better integration with Slack since that's where our team lives.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest pain point was follow-up consistency. Prospects often need multiple touchpoints before they're ready to move forward. I was constantly losing track of where prospects stood, forgetting to follow up after demos, or scrambling to remember what we discussed three weeks ago. Clarify solved this by automatically capturing every interaction and making follow-ups systematic, rather than just hoping I remembered things. Now I rarely miss a follow-up, and when a prospect reaches back out after going dark for two months, I can instantly see our entire conversation history.

I love how it's a living and breathing CRM, that I don't have to update after every meeting. It listens to my email and my calls and automatically updates a clients profile, asks tasks and a really well writtent summary.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

I don't necessarily dislike, but I will be excited about the day when it automatically moves my deals from stage to stage automatically.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it solve is the constant upkeep and maintance of customer information.

Newer product and I love the pricing model. I see a bright future for companies that quickly understand that modern market fit is no longer the per seat pricing model.

Auto updates, ready to use straight out of the box with minimal set up, super responsive support. ability to change prompts for the AI. Really like the deal summaries and the field updates and how easy it was to use.

Custom fields in input forms are not yet supported but they mentioned it is coming soon!

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

An elegant way to integrate our entire tech stack into one platform. Without the need of 3rd party consultants, our team is able to build the equivalent of a data warehouse for every interaction we've ever had with every client. This allows us to create highly personalized marketing to further engage users.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

The product is in its infancy so some of the documentation is still weak (i.e. API). The team has been highly responsive for any issues we encounter.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketplace, we are working with prospective brands / publishers as well as fully on-boarded brands / publishers. That's four different teams with four different ways of communicating (different tech stacks). We wanted a way to streamline this all in one centralized place (without disrupting the teams and their current workflows). This allows us to build unique and personalized marketing campaigns for each user based on all the communication we've had with them across all platforms.

It does things for me and works when I'm not. The thing I dislike about Hubspot is SFDC is how much manual work I have to put into a tool that is supposed to be easy to use. Clarify is the complete opposite.

It's an early product so maybe there are things that I want, but the team is coming out with new features so rapidly right now that they basically meet all of my needs.

We are a smaller team that tries to automate a ton of manual work going on behind the scenes of our business. Clarify takes care of all of that on the RevOps side.

Clarify is building the CRM I've always wanted – a CRM that automatically pulls in data that should have been in the CRM all along, significantly reducing the burden of time-consuming manual grooming. Their team is also awesome and very responsive to feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

It's an early stage company, so the CRM isn't fully featured - but the team have been amazing at responding to our feature requests.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me *a lot* of time as it remove the need to groom your CRM and constantly update contacts and leads.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

Really loved my experience so far trying Clarify. The UI is clean, and the app is super fast. Everything loads quickly. Best part is that its AI features actually work in pulling correct info from my email and calendar. It’s made my life easier, and I can tell it was built by folks who actually used CRM systems and felt the same pain points I did using other tools.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

Not much to dislike, but it would be great to see how they roll out even more integrations in the future. That said, still early in development, and the team ships fast.

**What problems is Clarify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a load of data of startups we are reviewing and reaching out to in our deal flow process. We also ingest hundreds of emails from other investors and founders. Clarify has made it a lot easier to manage these tasks than the CRM we used before.

There are still integrations and features that would be useful that the team has not built out. Confident that these will get added in the near future though.

Managing our pipeline, data enrichment, prospecting, outbounding. It's our source of truth for sales and where we do an increasing amount of our prospecting work.

**What do you like best about Clarify CRM?**

Super sleek interface and easy to query for important information with the "Ask AI" feature. The relationships data model is both flexible and intuitive, which means I don't have to spend time clicking around trying to link data together. The team is also very responsive to any questions or issues that may come up.

**What do you dislike about Clarify CRM?**

There are some nice-to-have features that aren't there yet, such as the ability to share a view with a public link. However, the team is constantly shipping additional enhancements and I wouldn't be surprised if this became available soon!

Clarify helps me keep track of all our prospects, pipeline, and existing customers.
