What do you like best about Claravine?

Claravine allows you to customize every attribute for your campaign taxonomy - even allowing you to dictate what users are allowed to submit - and stores the information for you. It's easy to update attributes with new campaign information, and it provides options to change previously submitted campaigns to clean up any mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claravine?

It can be difficult to build a new campaign template, the software has a few menus that need attention. While these menus can be confusing, the Claravine team provides solid support to help you get your profiles up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claravine?

The easy to use UI has to be one of it's strengths. With one training session, we were able to be up a running using the majority of the features that we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claravine?

Updating data items still needs some refinement, it is not straight forward for the average user. The Claravine team is very supportive with helping us enable mass data uploads when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claravine solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solved the issue of creating and cataloging unique URLs for our media links. After getting passed this hurdle and establishing a tagging strategy within the tool, we were able to more accurately measure the results for each tactic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claravine?

Flexibility and agility - easily adapt to support evolving reporting requirements without any need for IT development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claravine?

User onboarding process could be more efficient. New user confirmation/setup email is tagged as bulk mail and blocked by our mail server. We need to request the link manually from our customer success rep for each new user - not a big deal, really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Take advantage of the available integrations/connectors to push/pull tracking code and classification data to/from sources beyond the usual web analytics platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claravine?

Claravine is incredibly flexible. It allows us to customize tracking down to individual marketing groups and what they need to see. Claravine support is also top notch. In particular they are very accomodating, responsive, and kind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moving to Claravine has improved our efficiency and accuracy in tracking campaigns. Where we used to have many Excel sheets and a manual process to import data to analytics, we now have a solid process where tracking codes and the meta data are uploaded to analytics real-time.
