What do you like best about Claims Letters?

As a training manager, I believe that feedback from our team is important. We receive consistent feedback about the ease of setup and using Claims Letters to create quality letters. In addition, the support we receive is immediate, and they are constantly improving the features and integrations. This program is a staple in our daily claims process. What do you like best about Claims Letters?

Having all the letters in my approval queue showing different variables such as type of letter as well as when it was "last updated" has helped me with time management when reviewing letters. The fact that we can rely on the prefilled data connected through the APIs (such as the claim number, type of policy or carrier) makes life so much easier and less of a tedious task to check if said fields were filled out correctly by the writer.

Adding policy language is BLISS! - never having to mess with the formatting is game changing!

I also really like the updates that have been made to the online version to add more capabilities as application version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claims Letters solving and how is that benefiting you?

I no longer have to work from my emails. While claims letters gives the option to send email notification that I have a letter to approve in my queue, I work directly from my queue and nothing has been missed.

Having only one version of a specific template is amazing. Especially when templates are updated.. you know that the users will using the most recent version of a template.

It has sped up the claims letter writing process. Claims is a stressful environment. With claims letters, it takes away some of the stress of manually letter drafting, copying and pasting policy language, policy info, etc. It is clear what areas need to be filled out --and the fact that you can add helpful hints in the templates to assist the adjuster with writing the letter. What do you like best about Claims Letters?

The ease of using Claims Letters saves so much time for the adjuster. You add a template of a letter and then the adjuster just fills in the required fields and then you can send the letter off to be mailed. I think the best part is that we are able to see the applicable policy and then when need to cite policy in the letter you just check the sections of the policy you want to add and it is done. There have been some glitches since this is a new product but Mark and his team have been very responsive and quickly help us resolve any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
