Having all the letters in my approval queue showing different variables such as type of letter as well as when it was "last updated" has helped me with time management when reviewing letters. The fact that we can rely on the prefilled data connected through the APIs (such as the claim number, type of policy or carrier) makes life so much easier and less of a tedious task to check if said fields were filled out correctly by the writer.
Adding policy language is BLISS! - never having to mess with the formatting is game changing!

The ease of using Claims Letters saves so much time for the adjuster. You add a template of a letter and then the adjuster just fills in the required fields and then you can send the letter off to be mailed. I think the best part is that we are able to see the applicable policy and then when need to cite policy in the letter you just check the sections of the policy you want to add and it is done. As a training manager, I believe that feedback from our team is important. We receive consistent feedback about the ease of setup and using Claims Letters to create quality letters.
