What do you like best about Cision PR Newswire?

I like how easy and quick it is to distribute a news release to my intended targets with PR Newswire. Once I have it uploaded and ready to go, I also like knowing an account executive at PR Newswire will double check it for me - it never hurts to have a second set of eyes review something before i goes out! What do you dislike about Cision PR Newswire?

I dislike the pricing. Although I was able to get a great package for our company for a pre-determined number of news releases, some with photos or videos included, it is still very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cision PR Newswire?

It's well known in the industry, so it's a common tool for marketing/PR people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cision PR Newswire?

The interface is confusing. I paid for a graphic upload and didn't realize I could use it on multiple releases. They asked me if I wanted to renew several months out. Then, my company's financial situation changed and they wouldn't let me cancel even though it was still more than 6 weeks before my renewal date. So, they locked me in to another year. I will never understand why companies want to trap unhappy customers. As soon as this contract expires, I will be moving to PR Underground which I recommend to everyone now. Try PR Underground instead - it's pay per use and way less expensive for the same service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
