The functionality of the platform, the ease to pull lists and the additional services available. Cision has continuously grown and changed as the demands in our field have changed, to offer optimum services. I also feel like the customer service is responsive. I like that you can toggle topics, outlets, locations on and off to find corresponding reporters and media outlets. This is super beneficial when we are creating a new media list. It makes for creating a media list efficient and simple.
The customer service is always so helpful and kind. I think they offer some of the best customer service.

I think Cision has been pretty intuitive when it comes to its feature, the biggest feature I miss on the media blast is a preview before I send it. I don't like waiting 15 minutes for my preview to come in either, it slows down the entire process.
I would like to see an app created to I can monitor and manage coverage and lists when I'm out of the office.

Sometimes the info isn't as up to date in terms of contact information. We've found many contacts that switch magazines or roles and, sometimes months later, the information is outdated in CIsion's database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support I've received has been great. Being able to find certain contacts at pubs also helps our individual PR pitching initiatives. Sometimes the information on contacts is dated. It would be great if there were more frequent audits of contacts and information. We've found that at times the contact information for what a person writes on is far different than what they actually write on when we visit the site, so it takes a bit of investigation on our end.
