I like the new user interface and the simplicity of finding contact info for reporters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've also found it frustrating that you can't actually access the previous releases you've sent out. You can see that they've been sent but can't actually see what was sent. Cision recently "migrated" my account - losing me all my images and preset templates.
