I used have used cision for their PR Newswire service as well as their influencer network for content marketing. I think the database is super easy to use, and the customer service people are very involved and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how often you have to go through a customer service representative as opposed to getting something done online. They are very quick and responsive, but it would be easier to do everything online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is no-frills, and the results seem to be very comprehensive. We get hits in a lot of obscure markets and they have never missed one that I know of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system could be more intuitive. I'd love some work along tutorials or mouse-over tips. And when I have called support, they have more of a "here I will just do that for you" attitude (versus my preference to actually learn how to do it.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
