PRN can have a sticker shock if you're new to Marketing/PR and using wire services. It is apparent through the numerous publishers that call me to make sure what I sent is what I want. I find Cision PR Newswire very easy to use. I had never submitted a press release before and was shown the system once, and I haven't had an issue. I very much like that you're able to save your settings to make it easier for the next time. The only thing I can think of that I somewhat dislike is actually something that, if it wasn't available, I think I'd be very sad! Because of the nature of the business, the calls to verify the releases can often come late at night, which took a minute to get used to. Still, again, if it weren't possible to submit a press release the night before, that would be a whole different issue, so it's really not a big deal. The alternative wouldn't be worth it!
