What do you like best about Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution?

This gave us good tracking of calls coming in to the call center and which of our product lines recieved the most calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution?

Would have been nice to be able to have it integrated in our desktop with pop up notifications. Not sure if that was a possibility, but it was not enabled on our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to segment calls based on like products. We can divert calls on certain products to specific people so they can talk to an expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
