Features are SUPER well thought out.
Everytime we face an edge case in our delivery process, we realize that Circuit has already thought of it and has baked it into features list.

The support is awesome, we love the ui and snapiness of the web tool and the mobile apps. They listen to feature requests. It's easy to integrate with the help of Zapier to Salesforce, Google Sheets and the likes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. We would love to have phone number masking (so customers see our company phone # when our drivers call them) but we'll solve that another way. Extra custom fields would be cool, coming soon we hope, and the ability to exclude matching of certain specific addresses with specific drivers (not easy, we know).
