Cint based on my exprience in using it for quite sometime, I find it very useful and very easy to understand. The kind of features, I believe it encompasses the whole system to do integration of surveys and the given software program to the end user like me. In addition, implementation wise is more accessible, I usually have seen and explore and answer it more often that any other market survey online.Thus, its fequency is more visible than any other softwares. Cint is pretty easy to use from recruitment perspective. Basically you just provide to Cint all the required redirection links (complete, incomplete, droupout) from your company's preferred questionnaire platform - they easily implement your links directly to their bases x-countries. You control all survey completion live directly over your own platform and they can ensure the IR is being accurate based on the redirection counts. Additionally, Cint allows you to collect PII (as soon as you pay an extra fee for that) to ensure you can contact the consumer for in-locco research. In our company, we tested this tool for LA but it is frequently used for USA daily. Additionally, you only pay for the number of completes you had even if your IR is lower than expected. If the IR is lower than expected, Cint slows down the panelists directed to your survey. You need to contact your customer/support manager for that project in order to understand what to do: decrease IR and send new consumers (paying an extra fee) or finish the field survey. I have to say out of all the survey sites i have used (or survey partner sites that link to Cint) , none of their competitors can comepare when it comes to points rewarded per survey completed. I've used probably somewhere between 25-30 survey platforms and if i had tomake an educated guess from experience I'd say Cint pays around 20-30% more per completed survey. Nothing too negative to say other than the difficult I sometimes encounter actually qualifying for surveys or acting quickly enought to access the ones that pay a bit higher.
