The biggest issue with the current interface is that it feels clunky and overly technical for daily use. Many basic functions, like setting up targeting, adjusting sample quotas, or monitoring response quality, are buried under multiple layers of menus. For our team, which needs to launch projects quickly, this adds unnecessary friction. One clear area to improve is the targeting setup flow. Right now, B2B filters like job title, industry, company size, and seniority are scattered and not grouped logically. A more intuitive, step-by-step wizard—with clear labels, real-time previews of how many respondents match, and tooltips for niche B2B options—would prevent mistakes and speed up setup.
