Technical support is quick and responsive. Once the users are properly trained, the tool becomes essential to them and helps with audit requirements a lot. While this tool is excellent overall, I would say the only item which could use improvement is the speed at which the tool sometimes works. On larger spreadsheets the tool has a tendency to lag when running items such as Workbook Analysis, but I know this is due to the large amounts of data being analyzed. We use XLAudit - It has provided us with numerous efficiencies in analyzing our spreadsheets for issues and potential issues. CIMCON offers a suite of features (some we do t use, but I would like to) to improve efficiencies, automate analysis, etc. The teams are extremely responsive to customer requests, and provide a excellent customer service. Currently, we use the XL-Risk and SOX-XL tools of the overall CIMCON tool. What I like about these tools is that we are able to use the XL-Risk to scan our network shares and generate inventory of all excel spreadsheets and databases used within the company and identify high, medium and low EUCs.
