The ability to collect images from CSV is very useful in our business.

I like the fact that I can simply import and collect images without the need to modify the CSV header or do any other complicated work.

If the advanced search button and search bar are in separate locations, it is not very convenient to search all text in the search bar and to search from metadata and other settings.

CIERTO is available to clients and business partners.

Clients especially use the image conversion function a lot, and it has been very well received that the lead time to utilize data for printing on the web, EC, and SNS has been greatly reduced.

Guest links are used a lot and are very useful.

We have implemented CIERTO's PIM capabilities as well as DAM.

We are integrated with each other, and we feel that if we can work more closely together in the future, it will become an even more powerful solution.

For DAM alone, we would be happy if the asset commenting function could be enhanced and used as an online proofreading solution.

What I appreciate most about CIERTO is its online management capability for various hotel logos, promotional materials, photos, and videos across 35 domestic and international hotels under our ownership and operation.

Improving the collection feature would be beneficial.

The ability to link master-managed product information to other systems with a default function is excellent.
