What do you like best about ChowNow for Restaurants?

The system itself is solid. In all the years we have had it, there has rarely ever been any downtime. The tablet is easy to use and configure and works well with the printer. The interface on the tablet is also easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChowNow for Restaurants?

After a decade of using it, I still can not get reports for item sales that are not CSV files. The promise of new features and interface had been listed at the top of our portal as "coming soon" for years. As reliable as the system is, it is constantly falling behind new features from other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pretty straightforward and easy to navigate, except for the final confirmation step. It never does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChowNow for Restaurants?

One of my favorite eateries uses ChowNow for online orders. I can NEVER complete an order online. It takes all information, including payment info, and then will not confirm the order. Every Time. Then you gotta call it in instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had change from another provider and we cant be any happier. For the last 3 years, we had great Experience. as far price they really good. I will recommend it without any hesitation

Customer services always their to help.

Have 6 locations we had shared menu. I had a problem adding one new items to a specific locations they help me by having each locations having its own menu then now we can add as many items as we want without necessary affecting other restaurant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great service for restaurants"

What do you like best about ChowNow for Restaurants?

In covid times when restaurants suddenly needed the ability to offer takeout, Chow Now was such a helpful service to restaurant owners. I had clients who needed to quickly implement a program so customers could order food from their website and this was an easy program to implement and for the kitchen to use as well. What do you like best about ChowNow for Restaurants?

The best part of working with ChowNow is that our customers are satisfied. The option for our business to tell customers how long we expect the wait to be is great. There's also a personal touch we love, with ChowNow sending thank you emails to customers after their order. From a business standpoint, we love their customer service. They are quick to respond, their service is easy to use on the app, and they follow up with daily, weekly, AND monthly reports. What do you dislike about ChowNow for Restaurants?

When we remove menu items for the day, a lot of the times they are not returned on the designated date we set them to return. We feature donuts and we often update menu availability. However, I've already contacted a ChowNow rep for this issue and they said they would notify their team and keep an eye on it.

But this issue is still an issue. I manually log on to the admin portal and make sure all available menu items are not archived.

Also, when we remove items for the day, those requests are not reflective on our menu until much later. Therefore, we have many orders with customers ordering items we're out of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
