CharityTracker is an amazing program that gives users the ability to track resource utilization across multiple organizations, so that clients receive the most appropriate and efficient help they need. CharityTracker's online access makes it easy to update and find information wherever we are. While the website works on most any device, the controls can be difficult to manipulate on a small phone screen and they do not yet have an app for that.

Updating goals takes a very long time. It's not useful for visualizing what is happening with a family or how far they've come on their goals.

The page loads terribly slowly and makes using the goal interface something I want to avoid.

I wish I could have a log of current participants (or favorites) that I could keep on an accessible dashboard, that would also show me important alerts readily on their profile.
