What do you dislike about Chainnodes.org?

What do you like best about Chainnodes.org?
Can't really find anything I like about them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Chainnodes.org?
We paid for the highest "Growth" plan to get access to dedicated Polygon and Ethereum nodes within promised 3 days but: they were late by 2-4 weeks, Polygon dedicated node didn't work at all (neither shared Polygon service), "priority support" incuded in the "Growth" plan doesn't really work - they answer after days or don't answer at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
