The API was well-documented, and we were able to build what we needed by combining several WSS subscription methods to get notified about account changes or new logs, and several HTTP methods to gather the data about each event. Competitor Alchemy provides a WSS subscription endpoint for the Eth ecosystem that provides a feed of transactions according to a set of filters (toAddress(es), fromAddress(es), time).
