The online customer support chat. They tell you they set up an appointment for you, you wait around all day for no one to show up. Then when called they claim an appointment was never set up, and then the other chat support you receive is an agent telling you what you want to hear to get you off the chat and sometimes cutting you off completely. The claim to have set you up an appointment and then don't. The chat support agents don't let you finish; they cut you off. I guess it's easy to do because it is chat support. The service could have been better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service. Not helpful, never do what they say they will. I had the worst experience from start to end of my contract.

It started with them setting up my autopay over the phone when setting up my account, then turns out it wasn’t set up and I was charged all these fees and then had to be on the phone forever trying to fix it.

And then the internet never worked!! How can I run a business with no internet? Again, very little help and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone to fix this. They often didn’t show up on the days they said they would, which left us waiting at our business for no reason when we could be home with family.

And then when my contract was finally up, I called to disconnect. And now months later they keep billing me and telling me I never disconnected. So again, even when I thought I was rid of Century Link, they keep billing me!!!

Do not work them, especially if you are a small business where money is already tight due to COVID Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
