Centric is more reliable than other PLM software I have used in my career, like TC and Vault. TC customized versions usually have a tonne of errors and each project requires assistance from our configuration manager at least twice. Centric was a bit more reliable and the process was smooth once I got the hang of it. Implementing changes to product which is already released can be done with relative ease.

I am not aware of the customer support side since our US counterpart takes care of it. I use the software less frequently since we have not completely moved to Centric. Integration with design software seems a bit problematic. Also, certain features that were pretty handy in the current PLM are not available. For example, a predictive system for finding the reviewers for a project would be a good addition. It is tough to decide whether Centric would be worth the effort to change our entire project management process, taking into consideration the amount of training and migration that it would require.
