The fact that the team is made up of people who have previously held, sales & operational roles makes this their best asset and all the more powerful. It's important when companies are looking for consultants, they tap into all of this potential. When a consultant takes on a project, CEOs and leaders want to feel like they have someone watching their blindside. Many consultants fail here and only focus on the project at hand. We're all about building efficient sales organizations through Revenue operations, enablement, insights, and tools. Central Metric is fully on board with that mission.

It's our job to sniff out and execute opportunities to make teams 10, 20, 30% more efficient. Startups especially need to be highly efficient in the early stages and are often not ready to hire a full-time sales operations resource. What do you like best about Central Metric?

The automations and technical build were really great. Central Metric offers a unique combination of proven best practices and scrappy workarounds. They are clearly experienced and can lean on that experience, but they are always open to trying other ways. The results matter to this team above all else. What problems is Central Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Central Metric helped us map, standardize, and build out the Buyer Journey model that we use today. We met with their consulting team 1-2 times per week for the first month as they built us a blueprint based on our ideal Buyer Journey. The level of detail they went into at this level definitely impressed us. We mapped out every phase of the journey from initial engagement to renewal. Over the course of working with them they helped us integrate our solutions and had their hands in Salesforce, Apollo, SalesLoft, Wordpress, Docusign, and even did some work within our Applicant Tracking system.

After the Buyer Journey build was complete, we moved to a retainer relationship and they helped us through working sessions and strategic calls with consultants as we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Central Metric?

They know their stuff! There is a wealth of experience on this team. They are well versed in the best practices that can help businesses be successful. To add to that, they’re not stuffy old-school consultants. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and we’ve heard positive feedback from all over. The CoFounders Sebastien & Kevin are taking a different approach to the standard consulting model and it seems to be working very well! Central Metric is one of our preferred partners in the Revenue Operations consulting space. We work in similar spaces, but I would not quite call us competitors. Rather, there is a ton of opportunity for us to work together. Today and moving forward. They are well plugged into the growing RevOps community and are considered a credible partner by many people we have come across. We’re looking forward to partnering on many future projects. What do you like best about Central Metric?

The combination of Strategy + Tactical has been very helpful to us. Central Metric aren't just order takers, they have best practice examples and experience that they can rely on. They also aren’t classic consultants here to hand you a new methodology and disappear. They are a full team of strategists, technical partners, and admins. What do you dislike about Central Metric?

CMT is growing quickly both with new clients and growing their team. We worked with Kevin, who founded CMT, and this meant that at times he was pulled in many directions and project momentum stalled a bit. Central Metric helped us take a fragmented and disparate sales process and turn it into one that is measurable and iterable. It will be easier to scale this team thanks to the work that they have done. And our executive team will get clearer visibility into what's going on and how they can support us.

The man hours saved on technical administration alone is a huge benefit that we will continue to realize. This is a level of expertise and support that we were not ready to hire a full-time employee to handle. And the investment for this team is lower than it would have been if we hired full-time. To name a few projects, they: Improved and maintained our Salesforce instance, installed and integrated new technologies, standardized and documented our processes, built out a new commission plan that was automated in our Salesforce, strengthened our buyer journey so that Leads would come through and convert faster than before, and supported our reps through sales enablement. What do you like best about Central Metric?

Central metric provided us an entire team of contributors for the price of maybe 1 full-time hire. Having that many helpful hands on projects made our internal team more agile. They also provided strategic support as we thought through our pricing and business model. Working with Central Metric was like hiring a CRO and building a team around them. They fulfilled so many functions for us at both the strategic and tactical levels. The Central Metric team fully set up Salesforce and Outreach for us to support a new sales team, and updated our Salesforce configuration to support our Customer Success team. Starting with Salesforce, they fully set up our system to accommodate inputting and tracking Leads, converting them to and working Opportunities, and providing management reporting on Sales, Pipeline, and Activity. They helped us select our Sales Engagement platform (Outreach) and get it implemented so sales reps can and do effectively work Leads. And they have configured Salesforce to support our Customer Success team, who needs a system for tracking accounts. Central Metric played a major role in helping us stand up and develop our sales operations tooling and function. They provided guidance on high-level strategy, they recommended specific action items, and they were partners in implementing and executing recommended strategies. They worked closely with our sales team - interviewing our representatives to elicit pain points and then building features that made their lives easier. What do you like best about Central Metric?

I appreciated the effort that Kevin and his team put into our relationship. They were willing to work late hours for us to deliver on their promised work. They executed well and, when things were amiss, they fixed the problem quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Central Metric?

Compared to our other vendors, Central Metric could improve on their communication and project management abilities. Sometimes, Central Metric took a couple of days to respond to our messages. Other times, projects were pushed back, and I felt Central Metric was a bit passive in our relationship. Central Metric is growing very quickly, they have a lot of clients, which is great for them but in my opinion, means that their team is stretched, and we definitely experienced that tension. Lastly, Central Metric's offboarding experience was quite subpar; we asked them to share updated infrastructure documents but they did not update them, they did not attend hand-off meeting between their side and our team, and they pretty much ghosted us. Additionally, they did not respond to multiple emails and Slack messages. Look, I know you're busy, but please at least respond, or fulfill your obligations! The Central Metric team has been an instrumental part of our success with clients. As an inbound marketing agency, we have a wealth of internal experience with HubSpot and its many features.

As we've grown, we've developed a need to quickly add on more advanced capabilities to our team in terms of mar-tech integrations with HubSpot and other platforms. Bringing Central Metric into our projects has been a huge benefit for both FANNIT and our clients.

They're highly professional and knowledgable on all things related to HubSpot as well as Salesforce. When technical issues arose, we could count on them to partner with us to provide a solution. Our clients have been very happy with their work, and they've proven time and time again to be great teammates.
