Customer relationship management becomes easy with the tool because it provides a lot of features including sales automation, data analytcis, lead management and communication channel. I'm using this from a very long time and I haven't faced much issues with the process and funtionality, however sometimes the screen got blank and hang. This is not a big issue it could be easily resolved with a single refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
