It was highly customized as per our need, Price is also very affordable.

Mobile app had limited options you need to access admin portal from desktop then only was able to customize, Dont know if fixed now.

We are using it for managing leads, Contact information and the stages where a propects was in the sales funnel.

Customer relationship management becomes easy with the tool because it provides a lot of features including sales automation, data analytcis, lead management and communication channel. It also provides an option to have a marketing campaign. Morever it is a 360" solution for sales process and funnel.

**What do you dislike about CentraHub CRM?**

I'm using this from a very long time and I haven't faced much issues with the process and funtionality, however sometimes the screen got blank and hang. This is not a big issue it could be easily resolved with a single refresh.

There are a lot of probelms which are being resolved by the Contrahub including client communication, lead management, marketing and sales campaign, team management, CRM and many more. now company could focus more on business and plan new things due to the automation.

**What do you like best about CentraHub CRM?**

The best thing about CRM is that it is very intuitive and customized to fit your needs. It is easy to turn reports into Dashboards. The Dashboards are visually appealing and help you gain insight excitingly!

**What do you dislike about CentraHub CRM?**

Social media & marketing emails need to be integrated better. Overall the tool is great but some bugs and missing features makes other available choices better.

**What problems is CentraHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM is used as a day-to-day tool for the sales team to see reports and other insights on the dashboard. The tool would definitely boost productivity and performance.

when compared to our previous manual process, billing has improved.
