What do you like best about Cello?

We loved how straightforward it was to implement and use Cello. For our users, all they have to do is open the referral widget from our web app, and share the link through social media or with their colleagues. From there, the rewards follow. What do you dislike about Cello?

It would be great if the payout options could be diversified. Having more choices for rewards would make the programme even more appealing to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cello?

The setup is quick and easy, and the interface looks like a white-label product. The team really put focuses on the simplicity of the product, as the users do not need to create a Cello account to send out referrals and they can always see what's happening. An overall great user experience - easy to be integrated for the customer and very intuitive to be used for the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cello?

Reporting rewards still requires some manual work, depending on the CRM and payment gateway in use. However, they recently released a Stripe Webhook and are developing more APIs to automate the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cello?

Celoo is super reliable, intuitive and well-designed, which is much appreciated when talking about a tool that will sit in your own product. Quite a different experience from other tools we've tried for referral programmes, hence it seems that the team is on to building a new category of viral growth tooling. What do you like best about Cello?

Super fast and easy it is to set it up. Really straight forward to access data and insights, and implement changes to improve the metrics. Also super helpful, kind and experienced team. A real joy to work with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cello?

It's a great (additional) source of sales/marketing drivers. Help us to generate additional business from users who like our product (advocats). If you are thinking this year what to add to help you out with getting extra leads - this is a no-brainer. Easy to implement into your existing product + can get you really big clients on board. What do you like best about Cello?

Probably like all startups, we were always limited in dev resources so we were postponing user-referrals from quarter to quarter although we knew it could have a significant impact on our topline. What do you like best about Cello?

You feel that Cello is a team of strong professionals with great experience in growth. In the first call, they integrated the referral widget in our tool and it simply looked great. The onboarding process was super smooth, with great support from the CS and product team. The dev documentation was also very sophisticated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cello?

It's amazing how much time you can actually save by integrating cello for referrals instead of building this functionality internally + you get a great UX on top Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The core features of Cello are deeply integrated into ours, this makes its capabilities appear to be a natural extension of our product.
