Order Sync Flows issues Realtime and Scheduled creating duplicate orders

Can Celigo recognize payment method to separate un deposited fund accounts? Can it be sorted? Come across as same payment method and go into un deposited account Is there a way to record incoming payments as "payments" instead of "cash sales"?
