CCC total repair platform is an all in one program designed for offices geared in the auto industry. CCC One is an amazing and key tool for any office in the auto industry for many reasons which make it, not only diverse but can help with a large variety of tasks in a time efficient, simple and understandable way. This is the best program I’ve tried yet and I couldn’t possibly list all of the reasons I have for my opinion but I’ll do my best to explain the key reasons as to why this works the best for me.
1) The better percentage of insurance companies and auto related businesses of all varieties use the system to communicate, send important documents which need minor editing and to find parts from any parts dealer who also uses the program. This will save time in many areas such as matching estimates with a click of a button, saving both, time and energy.In most cases it’s likely, in my experience, you could use the time saved doing something else more productive and needs your full attention without the the help you have in this example such as attending to customers in need of assistance and doing so in a time efficient and positive manner. This is giving you the time you need with less distractions.
2) Ordering parts quickly, already having seen comparisons to multiple parts dealers and their prices, options, availability, descriptions and ETA is a serious time saving and key point, saving time, energy and causes less stress, making a more positive environment for you and your team to work in. This is quick and easily guided with their tutorials or just guessing by reading the options provided. More productivity will come from a generally happy and less stressed work place. With the option of ordering your parts then and there, the program will also show you a list of other dealers, A/M, Recycled& Reconditioned dealers near you with the information you need to reach them in the case which you have questions or part orders for, keeping track of what you order, receive, return, paid for, didn’t pay for and a system which can track what your order status is anytime. There is only one more key reason of this program I’m going over next.
3) The ability to locate and receive parts is an incredible time saver in this program. I absolutely love the fact that it is made for everyone. There are different levels of the program CCC One has depending on your needs and desire for more or less features from CCC One. The cost is actually very comparative to some of the other competitors. Here is one of my favorite things about the CCC One Total Repair Platform... All you have to do is input the amount of hours, including lunch hours and it does the math for you. There are a range of things this program does that helps just about every aspect of the business, from outside curb appeal to customer service, professionalism in the office vs. body shop, estimation training (to a point), guides, parts, understanding why we do what we do, The tutorials are a god send and help me out, still and I have used this program for a while now. Simple, self explanatory, diverse and choices of which level of CCC ONE Repair Platform you feel comfortable with or feel your business needs require. There is so much more but you should really give it a try and see if it works for you. I can guarantee if you are in the auto business, whatever branch of the word, you will find this a useful, time efficient and logical tool for your business... You might even say it is necessary and just don't know how you did it before the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform and won't want to do it again. Well worth the money spent. Big picture is that you are spending money, yes, but you are also saving that money with time you save utilizing the platforms this program gives you to use and tech support walks you through any issues you may have without making you feel like you are dumb or don't know what you are doing as many times as necessary to have you understand and with the more intense and advanced packages, you will actually have some training via phone and/or a specialist in your program type come teach you in detail how you use the program, step by step which is also included in this...BONUS! I can honestly say I don't dislike much about this program at all but if I had to choose something that I dislike, it would be that I cannot look up parts without a vin number to match the vehicle when I just want to look up a simple part so I have an Idea in my head about prices, generally if a customer is just inquiring and wants to know a general number without waiting for the estimation process. It would be nice to have a parts reference for when you are just in a hurry and for nothing official. it is a pain to tell the customer they have to wait for me to put the vin number in the system and collecting the vin when they are in a hurry can be a troubled situation. I would like to see CCC ONE Total Repair Platform add a feature which would be as easy as typing the year, make and model of a car, hitting enter and getting a blown up picture of the basic parts for each car. If this were too happen, I guarantee customers wouldn't mind waiting for a short period if they had an idea of the cost, saving all parties involved time, patience and would even make the customer more willing to bring the car by for a real estimate on the vehicle with the number in their head. If they aren't willing, then still we save time based on the fact no one will be spending extra time on something that won't matter in the longrun… Time is Money... I love the sorting system in ccc one. I find it easy to separate assignments we receive from various insurance company’s. Also the ease of being able to receive repair information from each shop the company works with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used several estimation programs out there and CCC ONE is BY FAR the best and MOST ACCURATE as far as book times and procedural operations. In this platform, some of the necessary operations come up automatically. Also, the database is enormous, online based with daily updates, and part ordering can be done directly through the program. I was also about to teach myself how to use the program and navigate through it, very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple of configurations that are a little hairy and there uses to be some features that have since been taken away that I wish they hadn't. For example, if you have to do a manual entry you used to be able to save that entry to the part codes by right clicking for future use. Now you can't do that and you actually have to go into the part codes to add it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very buggy and slow at times. Needs to have better responsiveness and animations. Make it easier to delete messages instead of having to go one at a time. Make better diagrams then the ones that exists Mitchell offers in my opinion better diagrams and better information. Make it more aware of what features a vehicle might have instead of having to manually select them sometimes. Remove the 5 window cap on claims that can be opened. New update allows finding options on vehicle much easier. Options are organized based on it's location on the vehicle so finding options for a possible total loss vehcile is much faster. Estimates are easy and straight forward to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
New update created a larger font size and magnafied view which means you have to scroll alot through the program when previously everything was on one page and be easily seen all at once. Could use more shortcuts and hotkeys for added personalization to make creating estimates much faster and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The technology is incredibly easy to learn and use. It has made communicating with body shops, vendors, and insurance companies much more straightforward, eliminating the need for many emails, and I could see it replacing the need for a separate content mgmt system for a smaller company. It can be kind of slow to get information. It can take a few days to get a valuation report back and it can take way longer than it should to see photos that have just been uploaded by shops or pull estimates.
