What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I've helped several firms adopt Casepeer. It is especially well-suited for firms whose leaders are skeptical of technology or averse to long-term software contracts. Casepeer offers the best injury-focused software on the market in a month-to-month package. It has tons of integrations and very helpful staff. If you can get your paraprofessional staff to commit to actually using it, Casepeer will change your practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

Recent price increases and lack of inability to make the software more narrowly tailored to my practice (e.g. there aren't enough options for "case type"). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

One feature that particularly stands out to me is the task management system. The notifications, for tasks guarantee that nothing gets overlooked, thus improving my efficiency and ensuring follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I love how intuitive the UI is and how it ensures that our team is always on the same page. CASEpeer allows me to monitor our team and quickly know exactly where each case stands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

I would like to be able to split the attorneys' fees between different attorneys in the office and the portion that goes to the firm. I would also like to have more control over the firm calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

How facilities and provider information is saved in a database, so when you open a new case and they have been to the same hospital or providers, we can simply search the facility name and add it to the new client's case peer. No need to enter the information all over again & the templates are amazing and make everything so much simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

The "Recent Case" tab should have more slots to see all the cases you touched that day; other than that, everything is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I love that everything is in one place on the client's profile and is very user-friendly. The tabs are very organized, and it helps me know where everything is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

I'm not too fond of the part about uploading documents. I usually have to upload one record at a time, and it's hard to preview it. I ended up just downloading it on OneDrive and linking the folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CasePeer comes out with webinars and updates nearly every month it feels like. It's only making the site more user friendly which I appreciate, but I still have trouble uploading documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Our migration could have been smoother. We have asked for some implementations regarding adding additional statute of limitations as it only calculates one so we have to manually calculate additional statutes for some of our cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
