The accessibility of all a case's information is right at my fingertips. Other case workers' work is also visible. Texting is excellent for client communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the app was a little more user friendly, like the web version, for quick access to client information, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CASEpeer provides the user with the most comprehensive data fields relevant to personal injury claims, with no wasted space. While other platforms err on the side of excessive fields, dropdowns, menus, etc, CASEpeer manages to strike a fine balance between detail and relative brevity. My only complaint is that it is California-focused. The medical bill highlight buttons focus on "Paid + Owed" which is a California thing. Most other states just need to know what is still owed. I wish I had the option to change those buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the idea of being able to add/edit case tasks. I like the convenience of the shortcuts. For instance, when needing to add a note, just hitting the "N" key on the keyboard is quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe there is a lot of room for growth in how the system operates. I think there should be more input from attorneys/paralegals on what could make it better software. For example, the auto-generated tasks should be an immediate built-in item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
