What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

I wish the calendaring program was more user friendly. There are alot of steps for calendaring deadlines and I feel like it can be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients can be difficult to get into contact with so the texting feature helps with that. I also find that some clients are not technology inclined so the e signature that is built in makes signing documents much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I love being able to scan everything into casepeer so it's all in one place no matter where I am. I like how cases are connected to phone number, so clients can send photos and they go straight to the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

With the release of the updated calendar, it's easy to get a quick overview of the week or even the month ahead. Casepeer places all pertinent case information in an easy-to-access location which makes client communication simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

Casepeer is a very well-rounded case management software tool. It has many features to offer in terms of case coordination and client management. The main issues I've had in the past were with the calendaring system. For example, moving trial dates and related calendar rules can sometimes be an issue. If a trial date gets continued, and the related calendar deadlines must be moved as well, I've experienced a few error messages when trying to erase multiple deadlines at once. Another feature I would like to see improved upon is the document management portion of the program. Particularly the document review, storage and viewing options. I think a subfolder system for case documents would help to organize pertinent information and make it more user friendly. The ability to make notes and share documents internally would be a really cool feature. Overall I am very happy with the software. Keep up the great work CASEpeer! What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Casepeer is a rapidly evolving legal case management software that I rely on daily. With a wide variety of 3rd party software integration, Casepeer is quickly becoming the only tool I need to make sure that each case is being handled efficiently and that all of our deadlines are met. CASEpeer has made client interaction very easy and streamlined. With their integrated texting system, I am able to reach out to clients at any time of day without bothering them with a phone call while they might be otherwise busy. Casepeer has also helped me to make sure all of important filing deadlines and Statute dates are met on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Texting is a super useful feature.

Easy to use.

Very responsive customer service.

Customizable templates.

Dropbox integration for easy document uploading from text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

No integration to Outlook.

No ability to condense lines in Notes or Tasks to be smaller for easier overall viewing.

No Microsoft Teams integration.
