What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Client communication features. The notes and keyword searches. Appreciate the task feature and task prioritization. The calendaring system is a great add on. It has a lot more features compared to what I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

Overwhelming amount of messages from texting feature and message notifications. Sometimes opening new files can be slow. I would like to see more customized options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Casepeer generates documents and auto-fills index information, which not only saves time but also improves accuracy. Case peer also updates regularly and offers constant chat-support, which is incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

The medical providers' tab has sections for medical bills and medical records, which is great but does not have sections for radiology or ER physician bills. Additionally, the property damage section allows a lot of information to be inputted in an organized way but does not have a convenient way to describe specific vehicle damage or list the number of passengers in each vehicle. What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The greatest benefit to CASEpeer is that it promotes motion within cases. It quickly identifies information that needs to be obtained within cases, and it makes ordering records and bills very satisfying and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
