What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Document templates with autofill. I really enjoy creating templates for as many documents as I can. This really speeds the creation of documents and saves me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

They have text to client feature that we havent tried yet, but I still have my fingers crossed for a ZipWhip integration. P.S. They do have great interactions currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Casepeer is a real timesaver. I love that it is cloud based and I can access it anywhere. I don't use the Casepeer phone app, unless I'm just looking for the status category of a client or their phone number. On my phone I do use a password manager, click the casepeer icon, auto opens Casepeer in Webpage format and use it like that to get more specific client/case information like if I was sitting in front of my computer. What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I like how user friendly case peer is - it is easy to navigate and upload information. I like how the notes now disappear if they are a certain length so they do not take up too much space and so you can see more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

I wish there was an addition of 'cousin' for emergency contact - I find I have to use 'friend' as there is no cousin option. Also, I dislike how when you upload multiple photos casepeer creates a note for each which takes up a lot of unncessary space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I learned how to upload photos and make them key photos so you can see it on the clients home page and be able to recognize the case easier and jog your memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Casepeer makes my life so much easier by keeping everything under one tab for each category of the case. The task management feature ensures that I never forget a crucial upcoming task, and allows easy delegation of tasks to other team members with no question to who the task belongs to. What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Casepeer is a tool that allows me to handle 100's of cases at a time. Without Casepeer my productivity would be down, and I would not be able to handle that kind of volume as the firms sole case manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

If I had to pick one thing to dislike about Casepeer it would be the fact that when you text message a client it no longer shows up in the notes section like it previously did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I love that you can send any email to your CASEPeer notes. You can text a client via the website. For Personal Injury, the Medical Treatment tab is a great tool showing you the total meds to date and also itemized by provider. The Insurance sections allow for you to put multiple adjusters with their assigned roles and add counsel for defendants. There is also a custom tab so you can add any items missing for your personal intake/records. The settlement tab is super useful for keeping track of demands and offers and seeing how payment providers and running costs can change the net settlement for the client. It's also really nice that there are SEPERATE TABS for health insurance liens, attorney liens, AND miscellaneous liens. Updating the lien tabs will reflect upon the settlement tab. There are many other similar features within CASEpeer that are also helpful, but these are my favorite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

Cons: I wish there was an easier way to pull up contacts, and I wish there was a way to track all communications with that contact. instead, you'll have to go to any case for that contact and search through notes by keyword.

Recommendations to others considering CASEpeer:

Overall, CASEpeer has made my firm's work easier. We have used other platforms and products before, but CASEpeer is the strongest. Transitioning to CASEpeer was very easy as their user interface is very intuitive. CASEpeer'S support team is also easy to get ahold of with any questions. CASEpeer often has webinars to help their customers with features. It's awesome that they engage with their consumers to optimize their product, Casepeer takes user suggestions to heart and have been developing and releasing additional options based off of user suggestions as time goes on. What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I have used/tried several different case management software programs throughout my years in PI. Casepeer is the most intuative, helpful, all-encompassing I have ever seen. It takes the stress out of every interaction with clients, providers and insurances. It empowers you and your team to focus on helping clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

There isn't a ton to dislike. I would say the only disappointment I have had with the software is its mobile app leaves a lot of desktop tools out that I rely on, but I do not think that is a huge issue as most of our staff doesn't need 24/7 mobile access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to set and assign individual follow-ups seamlessly case-by-case has been a game-changer for our practice. I no longer need to worry if myself or my staff neglect cases because I can use the software to watch cases progress in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

We switched to CASEPeer earlier this year and it was the best decision we ever made. We love how simple CASEPeer has made our day to day operation of our personal injury firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Layout and having to scrol to the right to see notes. Not being able to see images in notes. Emails save to notes and you cannot open up emails directly from the notes to reply to an email that came in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
