What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Templates are by far my favorite part of CASEpeer. We can easily populate letters to insurers, health care providers, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that you can put in all the parties. I also love all the organized tabs and how you can get a client to text you photos and you can receive and even dowload them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I love the feature where each case has a case-specific email address. Being able to BBC the case file on important emails and having CasePeer automatically put it into the notes section is SO USEFUL for tracking case updates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

I wish the notes section was a little easier to read (it's just a small narrow column on the right-hand side, it would be better to have it in a different place where it was easier to scroll through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CASEpeer:

It's an excellent interface for legal Case Management, with some nice features. I highly recommend it to other law firms. Plus, the customer support team is truly wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staying updated on my cases, seeing all my cases in one place and being able to see which cases need my attention. The reports section is extremely helpful in viewing all that. It also helps with our team meetings when we go over all our cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
