What do you like best about CASEpeer?

Casepeer has many functions that helps the office run smoothly, from managing case statuses, assigning team tasks, and keeping everyone informed in the matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CASEpeer?

Nothing to dislike! If there is something, it is probably because I didn't know there was a function for it. Whenever we message Casepeer, they also have a solution or we learn about a function we haven't been using properly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CASEpeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

One issue we had previously was with case costs. We were recording them incorrectly (not using the costs tab). Casepeer staff let me know the correct way and we ahve been doing it since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CASEpeer?

I like that we can keep notes and documents. Also, attach pdf and emails. It helps me be organized with each case. My favorite is texting with clients. No more phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is saving me phone time and allows me to work on more than one thing at a time. Making my work day more productive. As the records administrator, it also helps me keep the client's providers in order and helps me keep track every time we get new records in for each client.
