What do you dislike about Casecloud?

Worried the expansions, without heavy customizations, will be better used by law firms not internal legal departments. Facing a hard sell across other members of the corporate legal dept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Casecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didnt have much metrics to report on, other than data we gathering into excel spreadsheets. We can learn a lot about trends and case status in an instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
