What is most helpful about Casebook is that the Community Culinary School of Charlotte can capture all of our participant's information, from employment history to the medications that they are on. With Casebook, we can track each cohort so that we can follow our participant's successes. I like that I am able to have all our agency information in one place and can track all different types of information. I also wish that we could utilize the application, but the account creation is focused on questions for an individual, and we only track organization information so it causes a little confusion for our clients.
