What do you like best about Casebook?

The customer service is great! They are very quick to answer emails and help at the help desk. We also love that they met with us to find out what other features would be helpful for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Casebook?

We still do not know how to use all of the options, reports, and other features. We needed to do a more extensive training when we signed on, but I believe that was our company's fault as we were in the middle of a huge staffing transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their staff has been so helpful. Casebook wants to know what we think of their product and listen to our suggestions. And have implemented most of them in under six months. If we have had a concern or an outage they work very quickly to address it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
