What do you like best about Case IQ?

I was able to eliminate all my other manual tracking and I now have everything in one central location. The system is very easy to navigate as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Until we are communicating with our payroll system, everything is very manual still and slowing. The system can be a little overwhelming trying to navigate to where you need to be, lots of options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Case IQ?

Case IQ has allowed our department to shift from a traditional sharedBox folder with PDF files for each case, to an entire system with extended capabilties. We are able to track each case's phase, set reminders, allow access to investigative teams, and so much more. Rather than having to dig through a folder and piece together the details of a case, we are able to see so many facts and data points for each case at once. It is extremely helpful from a productivity view, and I am sure there are capabilities to the product that we aren't utilizing yet. Overall, the organization of our current caseload is phenomenal compared to the historical cases that our organization has yet to integrate into the Case IQ system.

Additionally, we were assigned with a Customer Success Manager, Javiera, this year and that has been an extremely useful resource for our staff. We have felt an even more personal connection to Case IQ and have been able to expand our knowledge of the platform with Javi's help. She and the rest of the Case IQ team are super responsive to our requests and that has been a huge positive to our working relationship with Case IQ in this past year. She has helped us troublehsoot some small inefficiencies to increase productivity within the system as well. I cannot imagine how our department would operate without Case IQ at this point. What do you dislike about Case IQ?

One downside to CaseIQ is that it can take a bit of trial and error to figure out all of the possibilities with editing the form. That is not as much my strongsuit, but I can get a little overwhelmed when I look in the settings of our form to make any adjustments. It is wonderful that there are so many options, but it can be overwhelming which is why our team appreciates the help from Javi. She is really great at listening to our concerns and walking us through the settings on our form so that we can complete the adjustments on our end in the future as well.

We do find the Yellowfin reporting to be a bit hard to understand and manage. Our staff has had some sessions with Phuong Landry who has been extremely helpful in walking us through some of the capabilities within Yellowfin. That is one area that we have struggled to take full advantage of and is not as intuitive as the rest of the system, so we will be looking for more guidance on that in 2025.

Lastly, we have had issues with the search bar at the top of the page not returning the correct cases, or even relevant cases at some points. We usually search by the last 4 digits of a case file number, for example for case 2024-0989, we would search "0989", but occasionally that will populate results that have nothing to do with that case, and sometimes don't even have any of the same digits in common. What do you like best about Case IQ?

I love CaseIQ, my favorite part of CaseIQ is how many features there are to play around with. You can truly customize the platform for your specific needs and their support team is extremely helpful in helping you achieve what you need to get out of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

I don't have a lot of downsides to be honest. I would say my only downside is sometimes the search functinality is not perfect. I will search a case number, like 0588, and it will bring up a random case or a phone number with 588 in it first instead of the case #. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Case IQ?

The system is amazing and generates great reports. The case management is easy to work through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

Upgrading to the new version took much longer than expected and we were passed between a few people during the process. There was a lot of repeating what we needed and it felt that we were not being heard at times. Someone would promise us a functionality and then when we were passed to the next person we would find out it was not possible - the integration seemed a bit unorganized and took a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Peter van Hezewyk of Case IQ

We appreciate your positive feedback on our system, especially around its ease of use and reporting capabilities. We apologize for the challenges you faced during the upgrade process; we have implemented critical changes to that process, with an aim to complete the upgrade swiftly and with high customer satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback!

What do you like best about Case IQ?

Case IQ is a robust software solution. The tool allows us to quickly get insight into our compliance activities and ensure that our case resolutions are equitable and fair. Our ability to configure the tool and build powerful, automated reports is incredibly helpful to both decision-makers and daily users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

The one difficulty we face is user adoption and learning curve. But in our case, this is a function of our own customization requests. The tool allows such powerful customizations that it enabled us to race ahead, on our configuration timetable, well past our training and user implementation timetable. We are now working to identify what customizations are value-adding and what customizations should be rolled back, at least temporarily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Peter van Hezewyk of Case IQ

We're thrilled to hear that Case IQ is providing you with powerful insights and helping to ensure equitable case resolutions. We're also glad to hear you're taking full advantage of Case IQ's configurability- it can grow with you and your organization as your needs change over time.

What do you like best about Case IQ?

The collaborative features for our team, workflow customizations, and data analytics features of Case IQ are invaluable for our team. The representatives from Case IQ that worked with us to set up system and customize it for our team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We now use Case IQ every day in our department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case IQ?

For administrators of the system, some of the settings menus are unintuitive and have a steep learning curve. I hope that more options for integrating other products and external systems are implemeted, such as the ability to sync your Case IQ meetings with your Outlook calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Peter van Hezewyk of Case IQ
