Cascade provides great visibility across our organisation. We have many different functions and it can be difficult to stay on top of where everyone is up to. Cascade provides a really easy to use and intuitive single source of truth for strategy in our organisation. I am have found it to be quite intuitive and easy to use. The Key to strategy isn't its creation. It is the iteration. The quick learning of what is working and what isn't and to change and update as necessary. Cascade is the first company I have seen to focus on that portion of strategy. Every other consultant tries to work with you to create the perfect strategy. But executives don't realize that isn't possible. The perfect strategy only comes through trial and error of what works and what doesn't. Cascade helps enable this trial and error in a quick and honest matter. Cascade realizes that monitoring the execution and making the adjustments is what really matters with strategy. It is going to take a long time to have leaders and executives switch to an execution mindset. The most important thing is to create transparency and be honest of what is working and what is not. Without that radical transparency, the critical conversations cannot occur. Our company operates in a fast-moving, multi-team environment where strategic alignment and accountability are critical. Cascade takes customer success to heart. As you begin, and continue your journey you are supported by an amazing team of individuals that help you along the way. Every individual that we have interacted with knows their product and how to fully leverage it within our specific environment. The Customer Success manager understands our business and goals. They are truly a partner in our success. The application itself strikes exactly the right balance between simplicity and feature set to be able to track and (most importantly) sustainably track and monitor key results. Since Cascade is a powerful platform with advanced functionality, there is a of a learning curve for new users, especially when configuring the more advanced features, such as reporting and dashboards. Cascade’s platform has been an incredibly helpful addition to our organization’s strategic alignment and method of tracking key performance indicators. With Cascade’s friendly user interface, visualization of how departments contribute to overall organizational goals is streamlined and easily interpreted. The on-demand training resource library – especially the Jump Start Guides – were instrumental in getting our large and physically spread-out organization trained on the platform. Very little can be said about the negative issues regarding Cascade. Occasionally, the platform will experience latency in creating reports. The customization of these reports could be improved a bit more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have one view of my teams, my company's performance to my strategic bets. I can now see when we are tracking to plan, or not, and what adjustments we need to make. I can run all my Board and Executive meetings off one platform. I truly have one source of the truth for our performance to our strategic goals. I love the AI analytics.
