As a consultant, there’s always a tension between what was said in a strategy meeting, and what gets executed by the Organization. Cascade is helping us bridge that gap. Cascade has significantly enhanced our strategic planning activities, enabling a higher level of sophistication to our approach.
The system is intuitive with a user-friendly interface allowing our users to adapt to and navigate through the system with ease. A notable feature is the ability to generate tailored and customised reports, we have been able to create reports for Project Managers all the way through to Senior Execs. We are about to start using it to track key performance indicators and display our data in a meaningful way to stakeholders. This will help us become a more data-driven university.

PDF extracts were a bit clunky at first. This seems to have improved in the new version.
Progress reporting intervals and auto reminders only have standard options ie Quarterly, Last day of the month. Our reports run off specific meeting dates so it would be nice to set a specific date yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is extremely flexible to adapt to our specific content managemnet and reporting needs. It can provide me an instant report identifying progress, updates, issues etc by a variety of filters that make it so much easier to understand what is happening within the business. Cascade is simple to operate and maintain. Their staff provide exceptional support where you feel valued and supported by folk who genuinely care about your needs. When exploring it, I like that it is flexible with the needs that arise, in addition to being a tool that allows having all the information and communicating it among themselves, allowing the identification of progress, risks, delays, and results.
