"Combining Strategic Metrics and Initiatives to Ensure Productive Strategic Conversations"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

The Key to strategy isn't its creation. It is the iteration. The quick learning of what is working and what isn't and to change and update as necessary. Cascade is the first company I have seen to focus on that portion of strategy. Every other consultant tries to work with you to create the perfect strategy. But executives don't realize that isn't possible. The perfect strategy only comes through trial and error of what works and what doesn't. Cascade helps enable this trial and error in a quick and honest matter. Cascade realizes that monitoring the execution and making the adjustments is what really matters with strategy. What do you dislike about Cascade?

It is going to take a long time to have leaders and executives switch to an execution mindset. The most important thing is to create transparency and be honest of what is working and what is not. Without that radical transparency, the critical conversations cannot occur. If leaders are not willing to look reality in the face and make adjustments, then Cascade and indeed all strategic implementations will fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cascade makes strategy execution clear and manageable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Our company operates in a fast-moving, multi-team environment where strategic alignment and accountability are critical. Before Cascade, we struggled to track objectives across departments, monitor project progress consistently, and ensure teams were aligned with company-wide goals. We needed a solution that could centralize strategy execution, provide clear visibility into team performance, and support evidence collection for audits and compliance purposes. Cascade was chosen because it offered a comprehensive, intuitive platform that allowed us to plan, track, and manage objectives in one place, while also enabling collaboration and transparency across all levels of the organization. What do you dislike about Cascade?

Mobile experience could be more robust. While the web platform is excellent, having full functionality on mobile would make it easier to manage tasks, track objectives, and check progress while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cascade has changed the way we execute our strategy"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade takes customer success to heart. As you begin, and continue your journey you are supported by an amazing team of individuals that help you along the way. Every individual that we have interacted with knows their product and how to fully leverage it within our specific environment. The Customer Success manager understands our business and goals. They are truly a partner in our success. The application itself strikes exactly the right balance between simplicity and feature set to be able to track and (most importantly) sustainably track and monitor key results. Integrations and assignable tasks allow us to save time in gathering updates from multiple teams and sources a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
